Many ask the question, what is lid primer and what does it do!
But honestly, don't be ashamed because I honestly didn't know what it was until around September last year! So please don't feel stupid!
Have you ever put a really nice eyeshadow on and it wears of within two hours, or it starts to fill in the little line in your eyelid, and it looks all gross and veiny?
Well this is what primer was made to prevent.
Most are silicone based (yes the same stuff that is used to seal gutters and even goes around the bottom of your toilet!) because silicones traits are perfect for filling in those little lines, and also helps your make up to stay on longer because of the sticky feel to it.
If you ever go into priceline, have a go on the tester of the Models Prefer silicone primer between your fingers. It is slippery, which is perfect for blending, but has a slight stick which is perfect for achieving the 24hour lasting make up that your product claims it achieves! but really, it doesn't!!
They are clear in colour, which is great for not "messing" with the hue of your sexy foundation.
The above picture is of Glo minerals lid primer. Used on the eyelids clearly. Apply from lash line up to brow. I reccommend to use a concealer or any small flat brush. Concealer would be best =)
